Caleb & Christina's Timeless Military Wedding, Pt. III: The Ceremony | Lynchburg Wedding Photographers at Mead Lake Lodge in Rustburg, VA

The lodge was decorated in deep navy blue and blush pink. Guests took their seats under the sweeping tuille and string lights in the rafters as the ceremony began. Every detail that was part of Christina and Caleb's wedding day pointed right back to the Lord and His goodness. Beginning their Ceremony was a prayer by the Department Chair from Liberty University School of Divinity where they studied, worked, and first laid eyes in each other. Then Christina walked down the aisle with her father to "All the Way My Savior Leads Me," performed by Caleb's brother and sister.

A short devotional was given by Caleb's home church pastor. Christina and Caleb are both wonderful singers, and they sang the beautiful Priestly Blessing from Numbers 6:24-26, first one to another, then again together: "The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." Their first kiss was extra special, because Caleb and Christina were our first couple to save their first-ever kiss for their wedding day. The giddiness and joy in that moment was so fun and beautiful! As they leaned in together and figured out that awkward moment where you don't know exactly where your noses go, the whole lodge erupted in huge cheers and applause.
