We’ve known Josiah and his family since he was about 14 inches shorter than he is now. 😂 We caught up with him, and met his bride-to-be, Bethany, at their engagement session last winter in the mountains. They make a wonderful couple and we were so excited to be part of this day!
They got married at Smith Mountain Lake, at a secluded event space with sweeping views of the Virginia countryside. Bethany is a designer, so it was no surprise that she came up with the burnt yellow, rust, and blue color palette for the day.
She also designed her own bouquet and created the centerpieces at the reception! They had a floral photo booth with buckets and buckets of fresh flowers. They had HUNDREDS of Mama Crockett’s fresh cider donuts. And their family did an amazing job of catering dinner for all the guests.
We were blessed to be here for this wedding, to be surrounded by old friends, and entrusted with these awesome moments.
